2. Description of Service
We provide a dealer SaaS platform for independent automotive dealers, including inventory management, dealer websites, lead capture, and CRM tools. Features and services may be updated, modified, or improved from time to time.
3. SMS Communications
AUTO SEARCH ONE INC. may send transactional text messages only to users who submit their information through our website forms and provide explicit consent through the optional SMS consent checkbox.
SMS Use Cases:- Transactional text messages: messages related to your request, account setup, service notifications, appointment reminders, customer support, and account-related updates.
No Marketing SMS: We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under this SMS registration.
Consent: SMS consent is collected through a separate optional checkbox on our website form. The checkbox is not pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Rejoining Instructions: After opting out, you may opt back in by submitting a new website form and providing SMS consent again through the optional checkbox.

SMS Privacy: Mobile/SMS data and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers used solely to deliver SMS messages.

4. Free Trial and Billing
Our 14-day free trial requires no credit card. After the free trial period ends, you must select a paid plan to continue using the platform. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable.

Dealers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of listings, pricing, vehicle information, and related content published through the platform. You agree to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws in connection with your use of the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
AUTO SEARCH ONE INC. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the platform to the fullest extent permitted by law. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.
